ANDS Establishment Project Outcomes

The ANDS Establishment Project will be viewed as successful if it:

• Signs a contract between an entity and DIISR for the delivery of ANDS
• Produces a formal collaboration agreement for the delivery of ANDS
• Prepares an Interim ANDS Business Plan for the period July 2008-June 2009
• Conducts an international search to recruit the ANDS Executive Director

In addition, the ANDS Establishment Project will:

• Undertake consultation and communication activities with the research community including:                                                                    

                                       - ANDS Technical Working Group
                                       - ANDS Forum

• Identify a range of ANDS service providers by conducting an Expression of Interest process
• Prepare services for delivery
