How to acknowledge ANDS
Requirement to acknowledge funding support
When your organisation is required to acknowledge the funding support received from ANDS, please do so in accordance with the following guidelines.
Statements to acknowledge funding support
Please use one of the following wordings:

For projects funded solely by ANDS
-
For projects funded in partnership with other organisations
This project is supported by the Australian National Data Service (ANDS) through the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy Program and the Education Investment Fund (EIF) Super Science Initiative, as well as through the (insert name of other agency)
Web acknowledgement
Your organisation is required to acknowledge the support of the Australian National Data Service (ANDS) by (i) using the applicable form of words from above, on any website that provides information about the project funded and (ii) providing a link to the home page of the ANDS website ands.org.au and Research Data Australia services.ands.org.au.
Presentation acknowledgement
For presentations, please use this slide either at the start or the end of your presentation:
Print acknowledgement
The acknowledgement statements should be included in printed materials associated with the funded activity such as:
- Annual reports
- Newsletters, brochures or posters
- Multimedia: videos or CDROMS
- Media releases and speeches (associated with funded activity during launch/event)
- Conference programs, papers, presentations or posters
Logo usage guidelines
The ANDS logo should be taken from this original artwork file. Please do not attempt to recreate this image.
The logo should be reproduced at a size that reasonably reflects ANDS’ contribution. For example, if ANDS provided the majority of funds, its acknowledgement should receive prominence over other contributors.
